Gon’Rage  is the latest from Tone Abstract & BrevBass. This is a minimalist tune that has a lot of subtle grooves to it. It is a smart tune that evolves nicely and is a great track to mix with the extended intro. 

Nipponeer Records being based in Tokyo, Japan; was founded by Hiroshi Fukuma in 2003. This is the 160th release of the label, while the first EP came out in 2009 - aiming to reach a place of solely ageless and quality music, where time has got no dimension.

Back in 1993 RZA spoke the infamous words ‘Bring The Muthafuckin’ Ruckus’ on the debut WuTang album.

Now, in 2012, 15 years since the labels inception, Passenger echo those sentiments with an compilation album featuring some of the C.R.E.A.M of the bassline breaks fraternity. 
The mission was to locate the pioneers of the bassline sound and to add a heavy dose of the new wave 140 Crew.

The album, due to drop in September 2012, will feature new tracks from Aquasky, The Breakfastaz, The Autobots, Backdraft, Ragga Twins &amp; Spyda from the old school and fighting out of the new school corner will be 601, PYRAMID, Black &amp; Blunt, HeavyFeet, Madrush, Roisin Brophy and RTC.

Beyond breakbeat and drum & bass, Funk U has also explored the Ro Minimal scene, bringing a deeper, more atmospheric and progressive sound to unique venues such as the iconic Boats sessions along the Hackney Wick canals (London) — showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate across genres and settings.
He is also the founder and director of ETERIA, one of Malta’s leading electronic music promoters, known for curating high-quality underground and mainstream events. At the same time, he heads MIB Crew, a collective dedicated to the rawest and most authentic side of drum & bass and breakbeat.
