Like rampant bamboo, it keeps pushing outward—ever-tightening beats and improvised arpeggiations carving a guitar line that lands exactly where it should. This wasn’t a premonition; this was a building mission. I knew I needed a new track. I knew it was in me. You can hear the hunt—the guitar prowling for a landing strip and finding that new runways keep lighting up, one after another. So the guitar keeps a-callin’.

Who’s it calling? Patch. Patch answers.

“I hear it,” he says. “And yeah—you wrote it for me. But I’m handing it right back to you. Proof of life, friend. The app isn’t speculation; it’s a heartbeat. I tell him I wrote this to end the wondering—so no one has to ask whether this ever amounted to something.
