Rook and Knowa's "Volume 1." EP is the type of collaboration EP you would expect from two eccentric and genius audio scientists - sort of like Rick and Morty making music. This diverse release includes the Neuro, Electro-Swing, Glitch-Hop anthem "I Got a New Lady", a Moombahton influenced banger with a Jungle Book twist, some straight up sci-fi videogame experimental music, and is finished off with a cinematic head nodding remix by the young California artist, Novascope.  Combining interdimensional bass ignitions, eclectic rhythms, stylistic funky beats, and luscious grooves, this experimental EP is a fresh outlook in redefining collaboration and wide-ranging taste.  A galactic whirlpool of imaginary, innovative, and next level fusions are felt as each soundscape flows through seamless expressions.

This summer, the Wonder Bars gear up for the release of their debut, self-titled album. Today we get the first glimpse into that record with the premiere of its first single, "Panther". Akin to the boisterous sound the Wonder Bars has laid stake in for themselves, this new track seems to wrap together the past four decades together in singularity and in the best possible way.

One minute you’re cooling and rocking a sensual head-nod with some lurky sampled strings. The next minute your mind is gyrating hither and thither, tumbling inside a crashing wave of cerebral bass. After honing in on the essence of his groove, Gaddy takes risks and has fun with it. This calculated yet care-free approach creates music with wide appeal, perfect for pounding the pavement or for spacing out. 

Here is something new for hip-hop heads, and something fresh for electronic fans. And if you listen close enough, you can almost hear the sense of humor of the foodtruck fugitive himself, slinging jokes, tacos, and fat bass beats from behind the fryers.
