OGE, founded in 2015 by owner & renowned DJ, Haydn, has over the years assumed it’s concrete position asn one of the world’s most prestigious underground house orientated vinyl labels. It comes with no surprise that the two masters behind the curation and delivery of such an emblematic force, are also the masterminds behind world class labels; Curtea Veche, Into The Wizards Sleeve, FA IE Records, Dreams Are Not Inside and more.

The labels over the years have presented the works of some of the world’s most savoured artists including TIJN, Niko Maxen, Iuly B, Tommy Vicari Jnr, Swoy, Burnski, Sepp, Nu Zau, Ricardo Villalobos and many, many more, consistently reaching chart topping positions across the board with their unmistakable sounds of infinite apex quality. The labels remain amongst the most unique and respected in the world and continue to release impeccable material from a plethora of the most sought-after artists around.

After years of showcases across the globe presenting collectives of their featured artists, the
masterminds behind OGE and Curtea Veche, Haydn & TIJN, are proud to bring the labels Stateside for the first time in May of 2023, embarking on a debut tour of Canada, USA and Mexico.
This marks the first cross border multi city tour for the two artists/label curators and their labels
together, one which has been on the cards since joining Suena Agency in 2022, and is undoubtedly only the beginning of many more global label tours to come…

TIJN’s warming cosmic journey presented within this specially created podcast is a celebration of this journey alongside Haydn, showcasing their world class labels; OGE & Curtea Veche, across the Americas throughout this month… Currently in NYC, the tour continues with tonight’s performance in Brooklyn, New York, presented by Selekt Sounds, followed by a journey to El Paso for this Sunday’s 12 hour open air event presented by Buffete & Avium Sounen at Monarch!

This Asturian (from Asturias, a province situated in the North of Spain) has been working as a DJ for more than 25 years. Avid collector of vinyl records he owns one of the most select collections of his homeland, having been in possesion of around 14 thousand vinyl records, his strong point being all of the variations within minimal.

Chriss Baker developed a profound passion for music at an early stage in his life. His introduction to electronic music occurred at the age of 13 during the Kecel Festival in Hungary. By the time he reached 15, Chriss had transformed his passion into a tangible reality, establishing himself as a DJ in his hometown. He took the initiative to organize Tech House and Techno parties, catering to a local audience with a shared appreciation for these genres.

With a deep-seated respect for music, Chriss aspires to carve out a secure and enduring career in the realm of electronic music. His journey has included collaborations with renowned DJs, performances on various Romanian radio shows, and invitations to showcase his talent internationally.
Notably, his musical creations have garnered positive acclaim from esteemed artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Onur Ozer, Rhadoo, Pedro, Raresh, Valentino Kanzyani, and many others.

Chriss Baker's primary objective is to export and promote the distinctive underground sound of Romania on a global scale.

Most Listeners may not realise that Streaming has unfortunately caused a massive loss of income for artists. It is also causing underground music to decline since artists and labels are going more commercial to make up lost income from streaming versus the buying/downloading. FINNEST presents "SAKURA" by Dkatt & Nic David, in its first reference of its division "Underground Series"

On side A, we can hear the main track, “Sakura”, a very elegant minimal with a bassline full of energy and movement accompanied by a full-bodied kick, stabs full of dynamite and some pads that take you straight to the sky.

As side B, “Meet Of Fate”, with a deeper bassline, this time accompanied by a very crunchy groove, beautiful melodies and amazing automations that make you feel like you are continually going up and down under the general vibe of the track.

Ultimately, there couldn't be a better presentation for the label than this great launch from these two great London-based producers.
