Kicking off the 2026 schedule, Laurent Garnier and Oliver Way's label presents The New Comers with Lady Jane Wild, Danny Parton, Rhizom, Satoshi Fumi, Alex Niggemann and Philippe Petit all making their COD3 QR debut.

Lady Jane Wild is a musical duo formed of Manu Sauvage and a friend who remains in the shadows.  As a late '80s teenager in Paris, Manu played bass in new-wave and reggae bands, later switching to piano and keyboards.  In 2001 he played with Laurent Garnier and was signed as Del Dongo on F Communications.  He's been working as a keyboardist and vocalist since and is very active on the French hip-hop scene.  On the production side, Manu loves to create hybrid beats mixing electronic and acoustic sources, like on the EP's opener, "_Copy_Back".

As the co-founder of Jolene Records Danny Parton is a true architect of groove.  Blending the raw energy of '90s house with the timeless spark of disco-funk, he crafts a sound that is both modern and sophisticated.  A master of sampling, he reshapes his influences into unique tracks built for the club.  His "Know Body" track, therefore, is the perfect follower.

Rhizom is a techno DJ and producer based in Rennes, active on the scene since 2005.  Initially influenced by old school sounds and the underground aesthetic of the '90s, he drew early inspiration as a DJ from the world of free parties, which evolved into a more contemporary and refined techno sound.  Since 2024 he has been focusing his efforts on music production, with his first release on Metrohm, and now "Back To The Roots" for COD3 QR, offering immersive and elegant techno, carried by deep grooves and hypnotic textures.

Tokyo's Satoshi Fumi is one of Japan's most prolific producers who's managed to cross boundaries with his colourful, deep and techy productions, like here with "Art mosphere".  He's previously released on labels including Bedrock, Get Physical, Moodmusic, We Play House, Detone and King Street Sounds, gaining the recognition and respect of many key DJs and resulting in gigs around the world.  He also runs the Sequent:Recordings label and has monthly mix shows on Proton Radio and Bloop London. 

Alex Niggemann, hailing from Düsseldorf (Germany), is a distinguished DJ, producer and label owner (he founded his own label and events brand, AEON in 2013) whose journey through the electronic music landscape is marked by innovation and an unwavering passion for his craft.  Consistently pushing the boundaries of his sound, his discography is a testament to his versatility, with releases on the likes of Soma, Crosstown Rebels, Poker Flat and Mule Musiq.  Now he lands on COD3 QR with "Cloudy Chords".

Philippe Petit is originally from Brussels (Belgium), where he started DJing in the early '90s.  After a 15 year stint in London (UK), he moved to Chamonix (France) in 2010 where he launched two labels: Knotweed Records and Decision Making Theory.  He has a string of techno releases on his own labels, as well as on Rekids SPX, Symbolism, Figure SPC, EartoGround, Super Sound Tool, Molecular, Involve, Soma and more.  Last but definitely not least he closes the EP with "Teardrop".

Wolfgang Haffner is one of Europe’s most respected jazz drummers, known for his impeccable sense of timing, groove, and atmosphere. Though rooted in jazz, his musical language transcends genre boundaries, guided by pulse and subtle nuance rather than tradition alone. L’Esperanza, originally a dreamy, trance like track, envelops listeners in strings, filtered downbeats, and a playful synth melody, a perfect canvas for Haffner’s warm, organic touch. Its ethereal layers and subtle tension allow him to explore the track’s emotional depth while preserving its entrancing charm.

Fusion is a groove driven piece built around a clear, flowing melody, allowing Haffner to reinterpret it acoustically through a jazz lens. Its straight, driving pulse lets him explore the track’s rhythmic and melodic interplay with clarity and nuance.

Barbarella, emblematic of Sven Väth’s early 90s vision, carries the energy and innovation of a club classic. Haffner’s reinterpretation transforms it into a rich, acoustic exploration that honors its hypnotic essence. By emphasizing the track’s iconic motifs and underlying drive, and by drawing out the track’s essential elements, he bridges its electronic origins with a new, organic perspective.

Together, these three reinterpretations form a cohesive journey that celebrates the timeless essence of Sven Väth’s music while revealing a new dimension through Haffner’s masterful touch, a release that invites listeners to experience familiar classics in a completely new light.

Laurent Garnier's COD3 QR drops a digital EP in March featuring double whammies from Rocco Rodamaal, DCLVIII OFC and Ian O'Donovan.

With 30 years of production and DJing under his belt, Rocco Rodamaal belongs to the elite circle of House innovators who continue to influence the scene.  He's played alongside some of the best in the industry showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of the genre, and remixed artists including Marshall Jefferson, Kerri Chandler, Louie Vega & Moodymann, Todd Terry, Barbara Tucker and Robert Owens to name just a few.  Here he returns to COD3 QR to kick off the EP with the hypnotic "Summer Rising" and aptly titled "House Jam".

Anthony Godin, originally known as The White Shadow (FR), has been a veteran of music production for over two decades with releases on Suara, Still Von Talent, Kattermukke and Einmusika.  He created the DCLVIII OFC project to embody a more techno approach, with Detroit influences and a Garnier touch, adding subtle progression and melody, as he continues to push the boundaries of electronic music, with an unwavering passion for the art of sound.  A COD3 QR regular, he's back with the glittering "The Last Shadow" and deeper "Grain de sable".

Since emerging on the scene in 2010, Irishman Ian O'Donovan has forged a signature sound with emotive influences, spanning house, techno and electro.  His tracks have graced respected labels like Bedrock, KMS, Intec and Tronic.  After a prolific release schedule in 2025, Ian continues his momentum into 2026, kicking off with new music on COD3 QR in the form of "Control Freq" and "Beam Me Up".  Ian's emotive sensibilities are also brought to the DJ booth, where he delivers sets that take listeners on an immersive journey, guided by his passion for storytelling through music.

The Barcelona based DJ and producer's influence across the tech house and techno scene over the last 20 years is indisputable. 

His melodic masterpiece "Diabla", released in 2001 became a huge global hit and DJ Mag's 'techno record of the year'. Played by house, progressive, techno even trance DJs, its release saw the Scot’s career soar to new heights! 

Other hits "Jack Me Off," "Bad Coffee”, "Emotional Content", remixes for Underworld, New Order, and Laurent Garnier, plus releases for Bedrock, Drumcode, and All Day I Dream, are just a mere snapshot of his discography. 

Seminal mix compilations for Balance Series, Soma's Sci-Fi Hi-Fi, and Cocoon followed, further cementing his place in dance music history. 

Still not content with conquering techno, Sandberg was mystery figure behind “Francois Dubois”, with releases such "Blood" and "I Try" named as a big influence for Darius Syrossian, plus many other leading tech house DJs of his generation.
