About a year ago in the Snowmageddon™ of early 2021 I holed up in the house with some friends after a day of sledding, had a little snack (😅🍄🙃) and proceeded to record 5+ hours of tunes. The original title was White Zinfin-Dale’s Super Slomo Solo Journey (🤣). After listening to it a few times I decided this might be right up Tremulant’s alley to put out for a mix. It only took Joe a year to listen to it and come around… but listen to it and come around he did. My cat and I would be so pleased if you gave the mix a whirl. 🐧Self-proclaimed weirdo and outright conjurer of the vibe, 20 year DJ veteran Eddie Cuscavage, aka Kadeejah Streets (of local dance institution Innerflight Music), aka Dirty Ice (of the motley, local collective Dirty Ice Crew) knows no bounds, pulls no punches and leaves no doubt in any of his wild, flavorsome sets. Perhaps it was a missed opportunity in not being named Eddie Cusca-savage, given his unrelenting ability to keep it 💯 at all times with eclectic genre-hopping & a merciless approach to playing whatever he wants, whenever he wants, with flawless execution. Anyone who has heard this guy play out knows they are *always* in for a treat, being offered a sonic omakase of zestful house, disco, acid, EBM, electro, breaks, techno and any other conceivable dish one could possibly yearn for in a masterclass of dance music past, present and future.
Whether he is freaking you out with sinister, heady, darker tunes or lifting you up to euphoric heights with life-affirming blissful ones, to consider him a mere ‘local legend’ does not even begin to address how essential a leader he is in the local dance music scene. When we think of the Seattle scene and its enormous lot of technicians and trailblazers for our DJ community, make no mistake: Big Daddy ‘Deejah is at its forefront.🔊

The Barcelona based DJ and producer's influence across the tech house and techno scene over the last 20 years is indisputable. 

His melodic masterpiece "Diabla", released in 2001 became a huge global hit and DJ Mag's 'techno record of the year'. Played by house, progressive, techno even trance DJs, its release saw the Scot’s career soar to new heights! 

Other hits "Jack Me Off," "Bad Coffee”, "Emotional Content", remixes for Underworld, New Order, and Laurent Garnier, plus releases for Bedrock, Drumcode, and All Day I Dream, are just a mere snapshot of his discography. 

Seminal mix compilations for Balance Series, Soma's Sci-Fi Hi-Fi, and Cocoon followed, further cementing his place in dance music history. 

Still not content with conquering techno, Sandberg was mystery figure behind “Francois Dubois”, with releases such "Blood" and "I Try" named as a big influence for Darius Syrossian, plus many other leading tech house DJs of his generation.
