These tracks were edited using the CVP705 and demonstrate the audio capability of the excellent keyboard. I am hoping that Yamaha will address the major weakness of having very limited free available memory after which I would give the keyboard 10/10.

When we were growing up, Otis Redding songs were always there and many are classics that live on to this day. I only learnt more recently that he died at the age of 26 in a plane crash. Wow, I knew abut the plane crash but he produced so many good songs in his time. This one was released after his death and was the first posthumous # 1, apparently.

Hi, I'm Anna, I'm 15 years old and I really hope you enjoy listening to my version of You Really Got Me. When hearing the song and thinking about how I could make it my own, I decided that I really wanted to get the meaning of the lyrics across to the audience. I didn't want people to immediately recognise the song as a kinks one. I changed it by changing the tempo to 3/4 from 4/4 and really slowing it down. The way it is sang and the arrangement of the song was my idea, although my friend Martin that recorded me singing did the guitar strumming and picking in the actual recording. thanks for listening :)

A Woman, A Lover, A Friend

Hi all, so from 2016 to 2024 I assembled and produced a large collection of covers of many of my favorite tunes as my own hobby (and many during COVID lock-downs!) and I have accumulated over 2,900,000 plays across the world which is awesome!

I am much more of a producer that a musician. These first 8 years of my music was mostly based on midi cover tracks often downloaded from the Internet but heavily reproduced and re-imagined variously on my two Yamaha keyboards (Clavinova and PSR 975), but also using PC midi editing & DAW software.

Towards the end of that period, I added some of my more original electronic music which I produced over the past two decades under the name of Funkleberry in order to consolidate my Soundcloud accounts. 

But in 2024 I got into AI music generation and I am now  a freelance songwriter and AI music producer. It's been a fun journey!
