The Walls Came Down

I knew Sparks as a two-hit wonder from the 1970's. However, thanks to Netflix, I watched "The Sparks Brothers" documentary on their career which started in 1966 and they have been influencing, collaborating and filling auditoriums and stadiums since having produced 25 albums of quirky songs over their long career. . 

I am a belated Sparks convert!. 

This hit from 1994 which made #7 in Germany.

Victory over the shadow of weakness

Hi all, so from 2016 to 2024 I assembled and produced a large collection of covers of many of my favorite tunes as my own hobby (and many during COVID lock-downs!) and I have accumulated over 2,900,000 plays across the world which is awesome!

I am much more of a producer that a musician. These first 8 years of my music was mostly based on midi cover tracks often downloaded from the Internet but heavily reproduced and re-imagined variously on my two Yamaha keyboards (Clavinova and PSR 975), but also using PC midi editing & DAW software.

Towards the end of that period, I added some of my more original electronic music which I produced over the past two decades under the name of Funkleberry in order to consolidate my Soundcloud accounts. 

But in 2024 I got into AI music generation and I am now  a freelance songwriter and AI music producer. It's been a fun journey!
