DJ Love posted a video of himself playing the keys from Bizarre Inc. classic Rave song "Playing with Knives". I asked him to play the keys at 100BPM to see if I could do something fun with it. The original song was one of those songs that everyone really threw down to. Back when there wasn't really genres in dance music it was all just "Dance" music. Hope you dig our take on it. PLUR

A few months ago I posted a simple and short Instagram video where I played the main keyboard line from Bizarre Inc.'s "Playing With Knives" on my keyboard. Rusty Belicek of All Good Funk Alliance had the idea to flip it into a 100bpm hip-hop track. He did a version. Here is mine.

Side Project from Rusty B. a DJ and producer from the band All Good Funk Alliance, based off a popular mix series that features chilled music usually around 100bpm. Influences include (Head Hunters, Renegade Soundwave, Mark Farina's Mushroom Jazz series, L.N.T.G., DJ Premier, De La Soul, Public Enemy to name a few) Along with Irena H. a keyboardist steeped in the spirit of jazz, funk, and disco.
