Hailing from East London, Paul Williams and Wayne Anderson - AKA Jagged Soul – are a unique duo, specialising in a fresh soulful sound. 
Both started mixing at an early age, going on to play all the top London clubs and bars. They soon joined forces to create Jagged Soul, culminating in long-term residencies at So Soulful and SS Radio.
Jagged Soul's unique blend of jazzy, soulful, jackin and funky House uplifts and inspires; these guys blend tunes regardless of music genre, era or popularity. Their quirky sets flux in energy and tempo, alternating between genres and generations of House like no other before them. 
These guys don't just play House, they feel it. Every original mix oozes passion and creativity, enveloping you in true melodic euphoria; inviting you to embark on their soulful journey.

I'm a pure Funkaholic. I grew up at a time when Soul, post-Disco or Boogie and Funk all merged together to create the pop sound of the time!!! Too many artists to name but trace the careers and discography of Producers like Quincy Jones (RIP), Kashif (RIP), Leon Sylvers and the incredible Dynamic duo Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis....You'll find the core of my musical tastes...PURE FUNK!!!! Other than that...I also love and respect Dr. Dre in the modern era! (I also love certain DJ's like UK's Greg Wilson's Essential Mix, Mastercue, Danny, Kris Kay, Mixcoast aka Dual Mixers in France and my friend DJ Funkytown Brabant, Irfane, Breakbot & Lebron in France and Grand Master Flash in the USA! I also respect role played by Remixers like Francois Kervokian, Shep Pettibone and Producers like Martinelli and the pioneer DJ Larry Levan).  I was never interested in becoming a DJ (by choice) coz although 5 of my friends were DJ's, I was more interested in listening to the music and dancing on the dance floor!!! However I probably know more about this music than the average DJ from the modern era. (Key Fact)- while I was in High School, my friend and I used to get and listen to Mixed-Mastermix sets of Funk, Soul & early Rap/Hip Hop on Cassette Tapes sent to us directly from New York's famed WBLS Radio Station (featuring DJ & PD Frankie Crocker & DJ. Ricky Ricardo) and KISS FM. I've got fond memories of music and music mixes that were showcased during that ground breaking era 1982-1987! I've since formed a small group of my peers called FUNKAHOLICS where we listen to, discuss and compare Music notes ie today's DJ sets VS the ones we grew up listening to during our teenage years....(Although today's technology is superior....There's no comparison when it comes to 80's skills....)
