CBRN - Thrash and Reverie

DJ & producer @nymed is a prominent figure in the Parisian Techno scene, known for his exponential growth and unique sound. Originating from the seaside town of Dunkirk in Northern France, his early exposure to electronic music was heavily influenced by the vibrant Belgian and Dutch club scenes. Nymed initiated "Conceptual Violence," a series of parties held in bunkers along the Flemish Coast, repurposing historical sites into venues for celebration and unity.

Before the pandemic in 2020, Nymed moved to Paris, where he further developed his music production and DJing skills, quickly becoming a key player in the scene. In 2021, he launched "Toyz," a new event concept aimed at creating safe, inclusive party spaces for the sexually liberated queer community. 

After a well received first EP on New York’s P.Leone E-Missions recordings label, Nymed came back this year with several releases on Philoxenia, Pornceptual and …Is Serving in 2024.

Nymed's musical style is a tribute to 90's techno, distinguished by a straightforward approach to mixing that differentiates him from his contemporaries. His work is celebrated for its hypnotic, sensual qualities, incorporating trippy melodies and sexually charged rhythms.

Whether it's warm and dubby deep house, driving sci-fi techno or polyrhythmic left-field breaks, Håstad's music collection knows no genre boundaries, only the appropriate setting. The Leipzig-based DJ has been marking his musical footprint on the local scene for about three years now. As co-founder of the collective, label and party series MANIAC, as well as a member of the Electric Island crew, he tries to transport his vision of contemporary yet timeless electronic sounds to the dance floors of the city and beyond, no matter what the occasion is.

Random Stuff es un DJ nacido en Toledo en 1987. Desde muy joven, sintió una profunda fascinación por la música electrónica, especialmente por la electrónica de baile. Esta pasión lo llevó a convertirse en un auténtico clubber, frecuentando las salas y clubes cercanos a su ciudad natal tan pronto como alcanzó la edad mínima permitida para ingresar.

Con el deseo de emular a sus artistas favoritos, decidió adentrarse en el mundo de la mezcla. Junto a amigos de la infancia, adquirió dos platos, una mesa de mezclas y una colección de vinilos. Un año después, reformaron un sistema de sonido y fundaron un colectivo con el que empezaron a organizar "free parties" en el centro de la península.

Años más tarde, se trasladó a Granada, donde se integró en otro colectivo y comenzó a crecer como DJ, ganándose un nombre en la escena local y actuando en los mejores clubes de la ciudad. Fue en Granada donde conoció a su amigo Dzeko, con quien comparte un amor profundo por el techno y una pasión inquebrantable por el vinilo. Juntos fundaron Matriz, consolidándose como una promotora influyente a nivel nacional y organizando eventos con artistas de primer nivel.

Posteriormente, junto a Afferent, cofundó Insolita, un proyecto con el objetivo de ofrecer en las noches granadinas una propuesta sonora diferente, explorando géneros como los breaks y el new wave.
