Persephone took form in November 2020 after mixing for close to three years in her living room. Marley, aka Persephone, has been deeply rooted in the dubstep community for over a decade, having worked with multiple production companies handling artist relations/artist liaison duties and currently working for Columbus powerhouse {NULL}. 

As a prominent female force in the scene, she took a 4 year journey in Arizona that greatly improved her love, passion, and skill for the genre she has fully immersed herself in, and brought forth a fully solidified appreciation for the Midwest and east coast dubstep culture. You’ll get hints of old school hip hop, uk grime and drill, and heavy, guttural 140 dubstep tones in her sets. Having shared the stage with the likes of Coki, Hebbe, Hijinx, Commodo, and Hypho to name a few, Persephone’s sound is sure to bump the dust off your soundsystem.
