Anthony Rother enters our REC series at Fuse. At the vanguard of the electro scene, few artists like Rother can boast a 20-plus years career in such a prolific way. And one thing's for sure, this rich heritage seeps through this two-hour hybrid mix, recorded within the hallowed walls of our beloved Room 01.

With Rother's formula, you're in for alluring, overcast electro rhythms and ethereal melodies that weave together ideally for a buzzing club night. This is a reconstruction of the last hour of my closing set at Ostgut Ton Nacht at Berghain, August 2014. I played mostly Techno during this appr. 9 hour set. Towards the end, I liked to calm down a little with the music in this mix.

This mix by Berghain / Panorama Bar resident @Ben-Klock first aired on August 3 as part of @OstgutTon-official's takeover of @RinseFM and @Rinse-France. For this special simulcast on both stations in Paris and London, Ostgut Ton artists were asked to showcase a different musical side of theirs.

Ben Klock: “This mix is a journey through different tempos and genres of electronic music and more. I wanted to create a smooth trip that is basically an ambient mix, but includes also uptempo tunes, so the vibe is more in the music than in any specific bpm. Basically a mix of music that I would like to listen to at a chill afterparty with a hand full of friends and a beautiful sunrise in front of us.”
