For DJ X-Man, variety is key as he takes the crowd on a fun, musical journey with his unique ability to seamlessly blend and mix genres, sounds, and eras. He easily segues between hip hop, R & B, latin, pop, reggae, soul and even jazz vibes in his sets. His appreciation for diverse sounds and love of music come from his upbringing in Los Angeles with Panamanian parents who exposed him to plenty of latin music, a stint in New York where he attended St. John’s University, and his experience working in the music business with iHeart Radio’s Kiis FM, 93.5 KDAY and Universal Music Publishing Group. He is currently the Director of Creative Services at Sesac, Inc. His music acumen is extraordinary.
Having spent many years honing his skills at local venues and private events in and around Los Angeles, DJ X-Man has been able to effortlessly channel his diverse experiences into his distinct approach to deejaying. He moves in time with the rhythm and beats that he spins and his energy resonates from the DJ booth. The flow of the crowd and their reactions to the music motivate him. With the diversity of his background, music knowledge, and skills, DJ X-Man stands as a rare breed.

Sound Signature: An event, emotion, or feeling described by sound, but not limited to it. Expression given a direction. A focus through arrangement, our personal language at any given moment. No one can duplicate your signature, your mark, your life.

The difference between imitation and emulation is specific experience. No one else has walked your path, lived your vision.

There is no right or wrong way, only different ways as there are different people. We will learn reverence from each other through expressing our symbols, our hieroglyphs. This is my attempt to share mine.
