B-Front (Bob van der Palen) was introduced to music at the young age of 8 years old. 

He became acquainted with a next-door neighbours studio and it was not too long until he was tweaking the Distortions, Drum Machines and Synthesizers. 
... 
At the age of 10 B-Front was ready to go out on his own and he started to produce his own records, at this stage Hardstyle wasn’t around so B-Front got by with Trance music. 

Fast-forward a couple of years later and B-Front was signed to his first of many labels “DJS Records”. His first release at the age of 15 “Motherfucking Psycho/Jumpin” was supported by all the top artist and sold world wide. 

In 2006 it was that finally things started to fall in place. The track “Lunatick” was a hit in the charts and gave B-Front a lot of exposure and eventually led to playing the worlds biggest outdoor festival in 2008 “Defqon 1”. 

From here on in B-Front was on a mission, he wasn’t going to stop until he had reached the top. 

After years of hard work and determination B-Front received a call from the world renound Hardstyle Label “Fusion Records” it was a call that would change his life forever. Fusion asked B-Front to join their label and of course the rest is history. 

He has rocked almost every stage in every country, collaborated with the top producers and is still excelling further in his music.

His fellow producers call his music "tastemaking" and "revolutionary", as The Pitcher himself is on the course of becoming one of the top hardstyle DJ's.

With one of the Donkey Rollers producers at the helm, The Pitcher has already scored a number of hits, such as the classic "Pump It Loud" and "I Just Can't Stop", later covered by the German Techno band Scooter.

What makes The Pitcher different from other hardstyle DJ's is his versatility as a DJ.

The Pitcher knows how to capture the audience, as he so effortlessly proved with his legendary DefQon1 set.

A master when it comes to winning over the crowd, The Pitcher never forgets wat it's all about: "ENJOY THE MUSIC!

Let's start with "Frontliner - Spacer (Mysteryland 2010 Intro Raining Edit)" 
Mysteryland 2010 is still one of my favorite events. For this event I created two edits of spacer. (One if it would rain and one if it didn't). Although it didn't rain at the moment I just felt like I had to play this version which is a mash-up of my track 'Spacer', 'Bitty Mclean - It Keeps Raining' and 'Dj Paul Elstak - Rainbow In The Sky'.
The moment I played this was pure awesomeness!

Last year I never expected this year to turn out this well, the first few months were all about leaving scantraxx, then it all became about starting Keep It Up Music and after that things just grew and grew and grew. It's indescribable how good I felt being all on my own and it gave me the opportunity to create number one hits one after the other. The cherry on top for this year for you was Frontliner - Symbols Q-BASE Open Air Anthem, which is on top at a lot of 2012 lists already. I hope I'll keep on bringing you hits in 2013 too, as you might have heard already I've got so much news coming up.
