Mirko Antico is an Italian musician, producer who started as a minimal techno DJ. His passion and inspiration took off when he discovered Minus Contakt, an event organised by Richie Hawtin held in Rome. From there he began DJing and then soon after started producing. Mirko's sound has been changing in recent years, but always keeping his minimalistic concept. He uses a darker and hypnotic sound with atmospheric elements and a dynamic and rhythmic percussion, concluding with a deep bass line and groove. Everyday is spent in his studio as he continuously researches new sounds and strives for improvement.
Enjoy this, almost two hours of continuous music treat.

We are very excited to present the 63rd episode from Brazilian sensation, Nicolas Vogler, featuring an hour of subtle grooves, rough synth work and an electrifying dose of that old school funk.

Nicolas Vogler’s fascination for music stretches back far into his childhood. Born and raised in Londrina, southern Brazil, his musical journey first manifested itself in an admiration for punk and rock n’ roll, which inspired him in his early years to learn guitar. As a teenager, he discovered electronic music through underground parties, nurturing a passion for techno that has only grown over the years.

Inspired by the dirty rawness of old school techno and the hypnotic vibes of more contemporary tracks, Nicolas Vogler decided to pursue his newfound passion by DJing at small events in his hometown. Today, he is a producer, gaining renown through his own personal label NCLS as well as through recent releases on groove-focused techno labels such as Syxt Berlin, Drawner records, Malör Records, ESP Collective, Hemisferio Barcelona and Secession. Played by techno DJs worldwide, Nicolas’ tracks can be found in mixes by notable artists such as Setaoc Mass, Ben Sims, Arkan, Norman Nodge, Insolate, Temudo, and many others.

we are two friends from Antwerp who have been sharing the decks for more than 20 years.

 It all started in our teenage years where we came in contact with electronic music. Not much later we were only seen in record stores and recording tapes in our bedrooms. In fact, that was just about all we did and still do. Only now we have moved from a dusty bedroom to a beautiful finished attic room where we weekly meet to play music. During the week we send waves and samples to each other and try to create our own sound. 

Our musical style is best described as underground orientated, deep and pumping techno music with a funky groove. We already have made a few tracks for DSR, naked lunch, connected bookings ... Bunk3r records..dolma RED etc. People these days must not forget that music is a passion not a fashion. Lose yourself ...find yourself....take the dive into sound...let your mind be free! 

For us it's called TECHNO!
