The Sounds in my Mind

I was invited to play a Sunset at Camp Ataraxia on Friday... which ended up as the "Storm" day... the Sound moved into the Big Tent they had on 8:15 and esplanade 
everyone that wanted to stay semi dry joined and my sunset turned into an 8 Hour set (...so I'm told, felt like maybe two for me)
we had few power outs and we lost a speaker, but still had a great vibe Going...
this is the first block until we lost power ....we got to enjoy the Double Rainbow and then resumed but I will leave you with this first 2 hour snippet....

He started to be part of the movement in 90's, in the directions of Acid jazz, Nu jazz over Nu Funk to Deep House and nowdays is still enjoying it being so deep ("Duboko" on Croatian) with his music.

As a tremendous year of adventures music and 'find your tribe' comes to a close, I look back to one of my favourite nights of this year, where I had the chance to once again co-create a beautiful oasis with my beautiful ZERZURA family and expand beyond our Kiez Burn borders to connect with the Berlin and German Burner community. 

Shortly before taking over the decks, Jae & I had a look around the steamy, sweaty sea of people swaying and dancing the night away in the Werkstatt, and Jae asked me what I was in the mood for tonight. I thought about it for a second, and I said, "Well, we have a steamy sauna in front of us, with sweat dripping down the knobs and faders, so let's do these people a favour and help them get naked by the end of the night!' 

It was truly a night of many firsts. It was the first time Jae and I played a gig together (and definitely not for the last time!). However, the most unforgettable first among them, was getting to see a podium full of dancing naked goddesses in raptures to our music. We were truly humbled, and are so happy we can finally relive that incendiary Burn Night again.

Growing up in Sao Paulo and currently based in Berlin, Ezio Aguiar spent over a year around 2016 exploring Germany and other corners of Europe, at a time when he rediscovered an old passion for dancing. If you ask him, he would rather describe himself as a dancer than as a DJ. His passion expresses itself musically through a confident synergy of organic and melodic elements, rhythm and harmony, majesty and vastness, charm and depth. His musical tales carry his listeners through a warm and ascending journey into the wilderness of their souls, yet ground their bodies with a prominent and pulsating bass. 
Since 2018, when he started a master course in renewable energies, he has been living in Berlin. Believing in the deeply transformative and connective power of music, he is interested in combining it with ways of fighting the climate crisis. In the short term, he has started to co-organize fundraisers to support organizations and networks which are combatting climate change with reforestation and renewable energy projects, such as Greening Africa Together, with which he's personally involved. So, music is used as a channel to empower those who have some understanding about this crisis and are looking for practical and realistic solutions, providing them with alternatives and awareness.
