Rome in Reverse, the solo project of the Italian-born, Copenhagen-based artist Antonella Pacifico, made its debut in 2014 and quickly found its niche within the crowded electronic music scene. Following the release of her first full-length album Loop and Reverse in 2015, Pacifico caught the attention of the Luxembourg-based producer Victor Ferreira aka Sun Glitters, resulting in ongoing collaborations between the two artists. 2016 saw two releases, both produced by Ferreira—Northern Lights EP and Sun in Reverse split EP—accompanied by a European tour with Arms and Sleepers & Sun Glitters. In 2018, Pacifico released her second full-length album The Prestige, also produced by Ferreira, and made an appearance at Aarhus Recession Festival.

With her roots in southern Italy and Tuscany—and her formative years spent in Rome—Pacifico is a self-taught musician and producer, having played in a post-rock outfit before relocating to Denmark to focus on solo music production. The environment that Pacifico has carved out with Rome in Reverse is a melted collection of club dance music, blissed-out trance-techno, ambient dub, and dreamy trip-hop sounds driven by up/downtempo electronic beats and occasionally accompanied by her emotive vocals. Her latest work, the single Oklahoma, appeared on the Future Archive: Volume 1 compilation in Sept. 2018. Her new album, titled 'We've Been Here', will be released on March 29 via Future Archive Recordings.

The acclaimed Luxembourg-based producer Victor Ferreira (aka Sun Glitters) returns with a new full-length album 'LO-FI-LO-VE' this fall, a follow-up to his 2017 retro-futuristic visual album It Will Be Forever.

Since arriving in 2011—at the crest of an era overflowing with blissful synth projects—Ferreira has earned a loyal following through consistent output, collaboration, worldwide tours, and festival appearances. With remixes for Purity Ring, Slow Magic, Blue Foundation and numerous others, and live support for the likes of Moderat, Son Lux and Gold Panda, Ferreira has quickly left a mark on the electronic music scene. Over the years, he has received glowing coverage from Dazed & Confused, BBC, Resident Advisor, Earmilk, XLR8R, Pitchfork, The Guardian, VICE, and a bevy of other trend setting music outlets.

'LO-FI-LO-VE' sees Ferreira taking another new creative step in his career as a music producer, video director, and graphic design artist. All three are essential to Sun Glitters’ raison d’être, and with 'LO-FI-LO-VE', Ferreira is once again pushing his artistic curiosity to the limit. Unbothered by the prospect of change, Ferreira urges his listeners and viewers to keep an open mind and shift focus. While It Will Be Forever offered a closer look into the remarkable and unremarkable everyday moments—along with a subtle existential message underneath the accompanying music and videos—'LO-FI-LO-VE' sends a heartfelt and emotive pulse directly into the soul. From start to finish, Ferreira manages to arouse those most human of emotions on his new album: joy, pain, remembering, forgetting, loss, and of course, love. The 13 tracks on 'LO-FI-LO-VE' are an exploration of these feelings; they are gentle and ethereal, but also focused and honest. There is no pretense here, especially that everything is always fine. It is not. As the track 6 title suggests, It’s Almost Perfectly — almost, but not quite. The soul’s journey is as bleak as it is beautiful, and for 47 minutes, 'LO-FI-LO-VE' attempts to capture that enigmatic energy.

For the Boston-based artist Andrew G Nault, drab started out as more of a concept; broad strokes of a particular mood to convey sonically. “There’s beauty in the less favorable moments in life,” explains Nault. “Musically my ear has always leaned in that direction. Chalk it up to a small brush with death at a young age, I guess.” Indeed, there is much to be learned from life’s darker moments, and plenty of layers to shed along the way to do so. This is the context that drab operates in. Layered compositions of haze, feel, and movement that shift and progress with subtlety. 

Though a newcomer to electronic music production, Nault is a long time student of music in general. With well over a decade of experience as a producer, engineer, and musician, there’s not much he hasn’t tried. Stylistically unafraid, his credits stretch across a multitude of genres. From Folk to Doom to R&B and more, each venture has left a lasting impression on the next. “drab is another chance for me to challenge myself and explore… a melting pot to throw all of these styles and experiences into and see what comes out,” writes Nault. With the upcoming release of his debut EP, Nault again sets his wheels in motion, continuing to dive deeper into his unconventional combination of influences and an ear for the bittersweet.
