hello world! I'm so stoked to share my first EP as bad opera. 'bad art' features 5 tracks with my atmospheric and musical spin on footwork, jungle, breaks, and a little bit of IDM for good measure. This is a sound I've been pursuing for a long time, and after many experiments, studies, and learnings, I'm excited to have something that I feel is finally ready to share with the world.

"Paris" is both a tight and poetic club track. Over a cold, mechanical beat, goldgoldgold unfold their distinctive rough sampling of pop vocals and melancholic soundscapes, creating an aesthetic dance universe. With its pure electronic expression, the track works both on the dance floor and in more introspective listening moments.

goldgoldgold is the project of brothers William and August Hoffmann. "Paris" marks a highlight in their shared ambition to create original, poetic, and resonant electronic music.

Introducing the Polar Bear LP, a one-off fundraiser release in aid of Geode's partner (Ola) who unfortunately fell extremely sick last year. The proceeds of the release will go towards her medications and care, and in particular a new drug called Edaravone which is not currently offered on the British healthcare system. A massive shout, as always, to everybody involved in and supporting the release. Out on April 11th 2019 in digital formats.
