'Bang!' is no-where as furious as it's name would suggest, in fact it's a slo-mo groover that incorporates soothing vocals from April and soft piano chords from the off. We have the Kings Of Tomorrow remix as a premiere and this ramps things up considerably.

This edit is more club-focused and uses big synths and rolling drops to woo and seduce the listener.

Deepchild is one of Australia’s leading electronic artists with a strong national following and international profile. With tracks licensed to over 50 compilations and releases on labels including Ministry of Sound, Get Physical, V2, Om, Freerange and, of course, Future Classic, there's consensus on the dancefloors that there’s something infectious and downright sexy about Deepchild's forward-thinking aesthetic. Dub, soul, hip hop, techno and freaked-out post-disco are all thrown into an eclectic mix that is both warm and cutting edge at the same time.  

‘Departure’ is Deepchild’s hotly anticipated fifth artist album. The tracks on this album have been written, road-tested and developed over two years of extensive touring and live shows at festivals - from Exit Festival in Serbia and Sonar in Barcelona to the madness of Berlin’s legendary Panorama Bar and Watergate, Deepchild has been actively touring, playing sets along-side the likes of Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Booka Shade, Jesse Rose, Dixon, Sebo K, M.A.N.D.Y, Ewan Pearson and Will Saul.

After their immensely strong last single I Know What Its Like (To Be A Dog) and cheeky debut No Hands No Teeth Australian rising stars ‘Stick Figures’ turn up the pressure with an electro house dancefloor bomb! 

Useless is a dark and twisted club rocker with rolling basslines, dark analogue leads and chunky drums custom built for large sound systems. Swing Sixty retains the darkness in deeper tech house mood with hints of tastefully restrained acid. Flip for a wickedly building 45rpm remix of Useless by Parisian producer Random Factor that compliments the original perfectly - tough, deep and uncompromising.

Future Classic continues its momentum with the Future Classic Attractions 12-inch sampler from a full-length compilation of the same name previewing the immense quality of talent emerging from Australian shores. 

First up come the soulful broken beats of Eddit, known for his solid 12’s on Equatorial and Freestyle Records. 

The A2 Rumpski is a hip house jam from Meem with a chunky bassline dropping in the second half of the track reminiscent of early Morgan Geist. 

Flip and we are treated to Mutual Sigh, a sublime late night production by Deepchild (following up his recent Blackness of the Sea classic) in collaboration with Gauche. 

Touch Sensitive concludes the sampler with Body Stop, a standout slow burner of new school disco deepness.

Jamie Lloyd follows up his last12 inch Adori’s Kitchen with an EP of low-slung disco grooves, vocal cutups and great songwriting showing another side of this talented Australian artist. New York’s Brennan Green opens proceedings with his Movin’ Out remix, a tasty 8 minute slab of disco space funk with slippery squelching lead synth runs and cheeky breakdowns throughout. Jamie’s original continues in the 107bpm disco electric vibe with nice sounds and a cool sense of space. Flip for Zooptron, a quirky, chopped up party tune in the spirit of Jamie Lidell and All The Honey, a spaced out minimal disco gem in a Metro Area or Kelley Polar vibe.
