Future Classic and le coq sportif have teamed up to release a collection of limited edition pieces and exclusive tracks, “reissued” and “remixed” from the archives.

The Reissue Project clothing range has been designed by le coq sportif exclusively for Future Classic – delving into their extensive street and sports wear archives - from the 80s through to the early 90s - to develop six new designs inspired by both the heritage of the brand and clubs of today.

In return, Future Classic, who boast the likes of Flume, Chet Faker, Flight Facilities and more on the roster, has reissued tracks from their own archives, bringing them up to date with new remixes available exclusively via this collaboration.

Fancy a romp to the roller disco? You'll want to get an earful of this slap-happy 120 BPM 4/4 boogie goodness and latest single from young mastermind of indie house groove, namely Ant LaRock. This man truly brings the mirror ball music back on "The Question" with its superb funky bassline, hand clappin'-booty smackin' rhythms, familiar disco loop, and the velvety soulful stylings of Zhao on vocals placed so firmly on top. With a veritable perfect flow on the original mix, there are a few additional versions offered on Ant's Nightlife Mix whose bpms are ramped up slightly to 122 for a little extra pump. This is their debut single on Dopewax as a duo, with Mr. LaRock riding high on the heels of his super soulful Sanctuary tune released late 2016. They've also collabed for a single on Armand Van Helden's last album as well as LaRock releasing solo projects on Todd Terry's InHouse, Jr. Sanchez's Brobot, Nervous Records and others. All in all, "The Question" takes you on a retro journey perfect for those long hot summer days skating in Central Park, Prospect Park, at the roller rink at Coney Island or wherever those spinnin' wheels are gonna take you 'round.
