On “Proximity Departed,” the title track, at one point we can hear the commands being given from one element of the military industrial complex to another. That’s the key. The threat hangs over this island. It’s a normal day at work, except no one can go outside for an hour, because a fighter jet is going to practice landing on a highway just in case the landing strips are all bombed.

Colour Domes is the solo electronic project of Future Proof ：面向異日co- founder, Lars Berry. Though influenced by minimal synthesizer arrangements, he is equally enamored by psychedelically-leaning drone and noise-scapes, the outcome are pop-familiar pieces that that ride the line between narrative lines and chaos.
