Tracktober 015: Hoot Hoot (Fireflies by Owl City Cover) in Eb major at 103 BPM

Day 15 of my Tracktober challenge 🎃 — every day this month I’m writing and posting a track sketch. These are works-in-progress (WIP), not finished mixes (I only put max 2 hours into each one!) — the goal is to practice showing up daily, experiment with new ideas, and share the creative process openly instead of waiting until everything is “perfect.”

• Concept: Synths and sound design! Pick a MIDI sample and run with it. I chse  
• What I practiced: Oscillators, MIDI refining, finding synths/presets, samples, effects, etc. 
• Imperfections: I’m still trying to make it sound a bit more “rock disco” without sounding TOO dirty, but so far, we’re just playing and it’s fun. 
• Influences: TOMMY the musical this time!

My thought while producing was to get in the car, listen to this song and just drive into the sunrise.
So put the tape in the car stereo and get out on the street....

Just put your own worries and thoughts aside and "Escape" from it all for a while....
