Tropical Venus es una dj mexicana y costarricense que se destaca por sus mixes de géneros electrónicos innovadores como el indie dance y el dark disco. Sus sesiones combinan elementos melódicos y progresivos que crean una atmósfera envolvente. Además de ser dj, es mercadóloga, fotógrafa y co-fundadora de Night Republic, un proyecto de arte y música. Tropical Venus lleva años involucrada en la escena josefina, donde ha grabado mixes para plataformas como Cross Fade o Plan B y ha participado en eventos en diferentes lugares del país.

En este mix Tropical Venus nos presenta una selección de temas con influencias de la música latina, vocales en español, ritmos bailables y buenas transiciones, una joya de mix.

Live recording of my 3am-4:30am set from Brit's That 90's Black Light Rave party (tough transitions and all lol)!  This is an all vinyl 90s throw-back set of song I remember from when I first started raving in 1993. All records pulled for this set were produced in the early 90s (with the newest release date of 1995) for that authentic 90s rave feel! I start things out with early (1990-1992) UK Hardcore and then progressing into songs (from 1993-1995) that were super popular at raves back in the day! Hope you enjoy!
