I think this song is in a similar vein to two previous ones from 2019's IV: Overcoming August and Thank You.  And similar to back when I was writing OA, I've been going through stressful and painful personal issues in my life these past days and weeks.  Maybe some of the parallels are evident.
Also, the song draws from certain traits of last year's Year of the Hermit.
