Floska is a project started in 2010 by Carmine Mongelli, Cosimo Colella and Fabio Liuzzi. In the last 10 years the guys have explored different shapes of house and techno, with solid releases on respected labels of the underground scene. 
We can mention Rawax, Chiwax , Purism Wave, Turquoise Blue, FVenti, Costreet and Tzinah.
Their tracks have been remixed by artists like Adultnapper, Nico Purman, Alex Arnout, Echonomist and Gwen Maze.
In their discography is possible to highlight the first Sound Department Ascolti release, from 2016, with an original track from the trio and remixes from Andrès and Fabio Della Torre.
They are going to release a new vinyl VA in October 2020 on the Italian Black Box Recordings and they recently started release with a parallel project called Paradise City Breakers.
In this mixtape you can listen a mix of their favorite jams from nowadays and the past, a mix of deep chords and swinging beats from their collections and also some of their recent 2020 works.

Although 2020 was a year to forget, being locked down allowed me to educate myself on new labels, sub-genres, and artists. One of the new labels I fell in love with was D. Tiffany's Planet Euphorique. 

Discovering the label led me down a nostalgic path, reminding me of my appreciation for soft pads and melodies. I often get drawn to powerful, heavily percussive tracks that rattle through the mix so I wanted to do something different. 

PHASE2 was the product.

This December, 2020 offers us a gift in the form of ‘The Inner Space’ LP from Moscow based artist, designer, DJ, music producer and live performer, Finetune known for his affiliation with the Slowdance label and event organisation. The LP will be spread across vinyl, and digital (free download on the Finetune Bandcamp) in two parts. An immerseful experience that not only strains the boundaries of sound, but also visually as real name Michael Dop fuses his eclectic talents with sound and art accompanying the album by creating the full visual concept. The Finetune project was initiated in 2018, creating poetry via his modular and fm synthesizers, upright piano, sampers, gong, drum machines, groove boxes, and different percussion instruments, all being utilised here across "The Inner Space" release.
