Upon purchase you agree to the terms below:
-If you want the exclusive but don't wanna pay all at once or can't, you can pay up to exclusive price (minimum .wav lease price has to be paid for pay up to exclusive). This also goes for .wav leases(minimum 50% of .wav lease price has to be paid). 
-Any .wav leases purchased I own all rights to the beat. Also if you purchased a lease and want to own it, you do have the the right to pay up to exclusive price.
-Any song you made with any lease not paid in full CANNOT BE UPLOADED!!!! Leases paid in full can be uploaded but not on any major streaming site (i.e Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and I own all rights to the beat. 
-exclusive purchases not paid in full can be uploaded but not on any major streaming site (i.e Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and I own all rights to the beat. MINIMUM LEASE PRICE MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO UPLOAD! Once exclusive price is paid in full, you have the rights to distribute on any streaming site.
-Any violation of the agreement will cause the song to be terminated anywhere you post it.
+Must Have (Prod. GF Retro) on any leases or exclusives purchased.
+Any exclusive purchases paid in full recieve any 2 free leases!!!
+Any 2 exclusive beats purchased in full recieve 1 free exclusive!!!
