I am a singer/guitarist and songwriter from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
At the age of 10, I was a keen violinist. Mum and Dad-not so keen - offered to buy me any other instrument if I would only STOP playing the violin-I opted for a guitar and they immediately got me one! I started to play and sing. And so began my real love affair with all things music.In fact music runs in the family!
My sister and son also have their music here on soundcloud.
I play and sing in pubs, clubs, restaurants, at home ,for friends - I’ll never stop!

 In the past I have supported some big Australian names, such as, Mick Fleetwood and the Zoo, Paul Kelly, Daryl Braithwaite and Vika and Linda Bull. I have written songs for World Vision , for children’s stories- for tv commercials ( the altapac add), for Christmas choirs and for other musicians-aussie band Bullamakanka recorded ‘wild horses’ one of my originals and country singer Deniese Morrison recorded a song I co-wrote with my sister , ‘The ballad of KP Nutbrown’.
I’ve been writing songs about my life, loves and convictions- I like to tell a story –my songs are all based on life experiences- I try to keep it real! recording for my EP ‘The 11th Hour’ was amazing! Govinda Doyle( he produced ‘Big Jet Plane ‘ for Angus and Julia Stone) is a wonderful producer who brings out the natural sounds of real musicians playing together to create an organic, earthy and truly intimate recording.Thanks to all the beautiful musicians who played and sang:

But sometimes SC will show me all the listeners , but other times they only show me the last 2 hours and I have no idea of who listened to what , it is so annoying , and I apologise if I miss anyone out , it's not deliberate , I value every single one of my listeners ! Self confessed Music Addict ! I write and play/vocalise everything myself whether it be real or synthetic . Recently teamed up with Charlotte Thornton , and together we are Charlie and the Fox , it's the best thing I have ever done musically . Char has an outstanding voice , writes amazing lyrics and comes up with melodies I would never have dreamed of , it's a partnership that works so well , and long may it continue ! ! CAN´T FOLLOW BACK anymore due to SC following limit! I listen and support independently anyways. Just complicates organizing thats all...

*Uploading another few of my tracks to SHOWCASE wider range of music styles. 

* Once any track will be released a personal STREAMING version will be available to ANYONE on linked basis! 

* Mainly supporting any cooperation  note I don't have personally  as much time to support individually and am NOT actively making new music(except agreed projects which i consider as some temporary production setup support-alignment or as possible).   

* I mainly use sample/stem mixing so more about arrangements but many of my mixes are recorded LIVE. 

* Despite a lot of music organizing and spotlighting (independent promotion) and project setup activities I am just now improving DJ related music making on various projects.

* As a project owner currating this place for any project. Its setup independently still open to any cooperation or useful connections. Mainly looking out for great listeners (streaming projects), maybe some more exclusive support for projects and artists around, other project owners (using existing setup or just connecting their project if useful),...and many pother projects planned!

Welcome! I'm Daniel, the man behind DVous Music. I'm an award-winning musician who started my music journey at 6. It's been quite an adventure, having performed in solo and band gigs. My first album, Intensity Project, was released in May 2021, and the second, Symphony Dementia, launched in 2023. Since then, I've released several songs that have been very popular in the pop, lo-fi, EDM, classical, and jazz scenes. 
 
I performed in a national competition that the late music great Marvin Hamlisch was judging, and my band came in 2nd. I have over 40 years of professional experience as a performer, composer, and producer with formal training in Jazz and Classical. Pat Metheny, Jean-Michel Jarre, Chick Corea, Tangerine Dream, and Mannheim Steamroller are some of my inspirations.
