Bio Gefangen Intrance:

Gefangen Intrance aka Toko, short for his real name Torsten Koths, started collecting cassettes in his early childhood and later switched to vinyl. What started with cellar parties in the parents' home, evolved into an adult age to hang up in the NRW Clubscene as well as in the trendy Poison Club at the Dusseldorf main station. He was most influenced by the New Wave era and the then Scene Club Tribehouse in Neuss.
This time he experienced with one of his best friends. Together in the club scene they were trapped in music and in a trance. After his boyfriend died in 2010, Toko decided to change his name to Gefangen Intrance. As it was a great desire of the two to make music together, Toko decided for a fundamental change and brought the site gefangen Intrans to life . His passion and devotion to music is greater today than ever. With each set, he wants to tell us a story and take us on a journey through space and time.

Guybrush is Berliner through & through! In the west he learned to walk, in the east he stood on two legs. A music enthusiast from an early age. His first encounter with electronic music came by immersing himself in the Berlin nightlife. Soon it was clear that it was not just about simple clubbing, but much more about being part of something bigger. Until then it was enough for him to take on the role of a dancer on the floor. But the moment that changed all this happened, when he discovered the Berlin club "Sisyphos". So fascinated by the music & energy of the crowd, he decided to give up the role of the dancer & take on the role of the DJ to pass on his vision of music to the people.

The sound of Guybrush is always driving and accompanies the listener through a musical trip, as long as everyone lands safely again, all is well.

Loot Radio 008: Pedro Capelossi

Based in Barcelona, Pedro is a growing name in the deep and progressive house scene worldwide. As a producer, his tracks are on prolific labels such as Seven Villas, The Soundgarden, Dream Culture, and many others, including a home here on Loot Recordings.

Pedro’s tracks have counted on full support from names such as Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, Facundo Mohr, Powel, Roger Shah and many others. As a DJ, he is a resident of the Valhalla project in Barcelona where he has played some of the best parties with touring DJs from around the world.

His sound is an underground blend of progressive house and deep rhythms, driven by techno and beautiful melodic arrangements. His versatility to shift between genres allows him to perform small club gigs and big festival stages.

His new track entitled “Down the Rabbit Hole” with Leon Lobato is out now on our annual summer compilation, The Goods Volume 3. Check it out exclusively on Beatport and Spotify.

¿Cómo estás? ¿Cómo ha empezado tu día? 

Muy bien, estoy muy contenta, muchísimas gracias por la invitación para mí es un placer estar en Chromatic Club.

¿Cómo decidiste embarcarte en esta aventura musical?

Empecé aproximadamente hace 6 años, anteriormente iba a fiestas, la mayoría de mis colegas eran músicos, conforme paso el tiempo me empezó a llamar más la atención la música under, conocí a un buen colega que me prestaba sus repros para pinchar, practicaba algunos días en la semana y al final me fascino.

¿Cómo estas sobre llevando esta complicada situación de la pandemia con tu trabajo?

Cuando empezó todo esto tenía buenas oportunidades dentro de la producción musical como en Dj set, pero se fueron cancelando las fechas y entonces se complicó todo, pero varias productoras me contactaron para poder hacer transmisiones en vivo, de cierta forma me ayudo a que me conocieran más personas y que les interesara mi trabajo hasta la fecha

Desde que empezaste, ¿Cuánto ha cambiado tu sonido? ¿Por qué estilo o estilos destacados?

Empecé tocando minimal techno, posteriormente decidí conocer más géneros para poder llegar al estilo que quería, hubo una temporada que toque psytrance, progressive house, tech house entre otros, cuando por fin empecé a tocar Techno y decidí quedarme en ese mundo para poder especializarme en sonidos oscuros y secos.

¿Qué te gustaría contar del set que compartes con nosotros?

Este set no tiene mucho que lo había armado para un festival en el estado de México es uno de los últimos que me he podido presentar por lo mismo de la pandemia, me encanto y espero que de igual manera les agrade y que puedan conocer mi estilo

¿Tienes algún proyecto presente o futuro que te gustaría revelarnos?

No tiene mucho que decidí producir mi propia música así que estaré sacando mi segundo lanzamiento, todo lo estaré publicando en mis redes sociales, de igual forma pienso colaborar con increíbles productores mexicanos.

Das warme Wasser benetzt plätschernd meine Haut und Haare. Gleichmäßig und mit sanftem Druck laufen die Tropfen aus der Brause. Ich stehe unter der Regendusche und freue mich darüber wie ein kleines Kind an Weihnachten. In diesem feuchtwarmen Refugium gibt es nur mich, dass Wasser und meine Gedanken. Sie kreisen durch meine Hirnwindungen wie das H2O durch die Kupferrohre. Ich lasse den heutigen Tag Revue passieren. Was ist mir alles widerfahren? War ich besonders, produktiv, innovativ oder habe etwas besonderes gelernt? 
Alles in allem verlief alles ganz normal. Ein typischer Donnerstag im Homeoffice Lockdown. Während mir das Wasser sprudelnd über die Schultern rinnt, grüble ich weiter vor mich hin. Wann ist mir denn das letzte Mal etwas besonders aufregendes oder spannendes passiert ... Ich weiß nicht, ist auf jeden Fall schon ein bisschen her. Schon schade. Ich vermisse die actiongeladenen Wochenenden und regelmäßigen Unternehmungen mit Freunden. Doch jetzt hier unter Dusche ist es mir beinah einerlei. Es fehlt mir ja an nichts, aber es könnte besser sein. Doch kann es das nicht eigentlich immer? In Summe geht es mir auf jeden Fall gut.
