Hey friends, today I would like to announce that  my new single "Im Traum wird Geschlafen" will be available on all platforms. I started working on this track two years ago after I got a mandolin as a birthday gift from my dear friend.

It's a very old instrument with some scars here and there, but it still has so much soul in it. The thing about real instruments is that they are physical. When you play a note, you can feel the vibrations in your fingers. That's something I really miss in electronic instruments like synths or software instruments. 

„Im Traum wird Geschlafen“ will be the most organic track I've ever released. With many small mistakes and moments where the rhythm is not perfectly on the grid. With lots of little scars like my old mandolin.

Ego Disintegration, ego death, or ego loss as they call it, as part of the (symbolic) experience of death in which the old ego must die before one can be spiritually reborn.
They define ego loss as "... complete transcendence − beyond words, beyond spacetime, beyond self. There are no visions, no sense of self, no thoughts. There are only pure awareness and ecstatic freedom"

Zen practice is said to lead to ego-death. Ego-death is also called "great death", in contrast to the physical "small death".
the ego death makes an end to the "usually-unconsciousness-and-automated quest" to understand the sense-of-self as a thing, instead of as a process.
Meditation is learning how to die by learning to "forget" the sense of self.

Enlightenment occurs when the usually automatized reflexivity of consciousness ceases, which is experienced as a letting-go and falling into the void and being wiped out of existence.
When consciousness stops trying to catch its own tail, I become nothing, and discover that I am everything.

Ego Disintegration

I'm so happy to finally present to you this track I made as an homage to this beautiful piece by Max Richter and Grace Davidson. It's my first fully mastered track, so it's kind of a very special baby :P I'm deeply thankful to my wise jungle tribe and my moon woman, who always shone and danced with me. I made this song fully immersed in the surrealist landscape of Xilitla, showered by fireflies, embracing rains and electric storms. I hope that I'm able to transmit some of the vibes of that beautiful experience.


We were born to reveal the secrets of the moon.
Those of the times that seem dark
but they're translucent,

but which are silence
