There’s a certain grace in consistency - and few embody it quite like Phil Evans. As the founder of Pager Records, he’s quietly shaped the sound of contemporary House with a signature blend of warmth, precision, and forward-thinking groove. Over the years, Evans has turned Pager into a breeding ground for refined producers such as Vitess, Christian Sarde, and Tiago Walter, but "E-Motions" feels like his defining statement: a double LP that doesn’t just compile tracks, but unfolds as a full-scale listening experience - equal parts club weaponry and emotional introspection.

The A-side closes with “Eazin”, a tribal-tinged Deep House cut that merges shimmering synths with hypnotic percussion. There’s a loose, organic flow reminiscent of Pacific State’s Balearic mystique, yet the production feels wholly contemporary - crisp, detailed, and alive. It’s a reminder that Evans doesn’t copy moods; he modernizes them. “Eazin'” captures that late-morning dancefloor serenity - all motion, no tension.

With “4th Of The Punks”, Light Blue File crafts a track that feels like both an homage and an evolution - a future-facing nod to the golden era of French Touch, refracted through the gritty, underground lens of Distrikt Paris. It’s the standout moment on his Fourth Of The Punks EP: an Electro-House hybrid charged with funk, attitude, and an unmistakable pulse that bridges nostalgia and innovation.

The track launches with a strutting groove - chunky bassline, crisp percussion, and an ever-so-slight Acid sizzle that coils around the rhythm. [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] proudly presents its 86th release — Mountain Altai VA: Aktash Repeater. Dub Techno Star Collection, Vol. 10

High above the valleys, among the rocks and clouds, stands the Aktash Repeater — a tower reaching toward the sky. At more than three thousand meters above sea level, silence reigns here, broken only by the wind and the faint electrical hum of a signal. Once, this place carried messages; now, it transmits the sound of the world itself. At night, the tower glows like a techno totem, sending the pulse of Altai into infinity. The air vibrates, filled with frequencies, and every gust of wind feels like a radio transmission from the other side of time.
The Aktash Repeater is a symbol of connection — between earth and sky, past and future, the analog and the digital. Here, dub techno becomes a code that nature itself deciphers.

Vol. 10 of Mountain Altai VA is dedicated to this place — the point where electricity and spirit merge into a single vibration. Nine tracks transmit signals of eternity — carried by the wind from an altitude of 3039 meters.

This part of the collection, created in celebration of the third anniversary of [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB], is dedicated to resonance — between frequency and spirit, between the analog and the natural. Here, dub techno becomes a transmission from another dimension: slow, deep, precise, eternal. This is the sound of altitude. This is Altai — speaking through electricity.
