This is a small part of my DJ set on Saturday morning at Tundra Festival 2013 in Lithuania.. The energy of the dancefloor influenced me to develop it to more forest sound.. I hope you like it.

As a thank you for a wonderful Gaggalacka festival at the end of last summer, here comes the next musical journey for you: A Purple Playground. It consists of eleven tracks bringing you the feeling of the festival sound from noon until night plus three marvelous downbeat tracks as a soft and emotional closing. Many of the involved artists have already played at previous Gaggalacka parties and some promising new names have been chosen for this compilation. Enjoy this journey and hope to see you all again when the next Gaggalacka calls from the 5th to the 7th of September, 2014. A dream team has found itself.. - a powerful mixture of „Sunshine in the Night“ ;)
This mix is the recording of the second DJ set of both together - emerged in Saturday night on the Gaggalacka Festival 2016. Inspired by the large spider which was the crazy stage design of the festival, Caro and Merry:) put out properly powerful forest sound. Before you push the PLAY-button, be prepared for fast strong beats, around circling ghost sounds , flashing acid lines and crispy creaks. And yes, we gonna do it again... ;)
Some small "jumpers" are also included, but they show that we are human beings, not machines.. ;)

Free music for free people! Freaky gathering for freaky people..  

In 2016, the Gaggalacka festival is going to celebrate its big anniversary! Reason enough for us to invite all of you for an accoustic ride through the musical facets of the festival in form of this Compilation Trilogy. As the result of a collaboration with our favorite labels Sangoma Records, Purple Hexagon Records as well as Glitchy.Tonic.Records we will be able to offer you a comprehensive overview of all the varieties of psychedelic music that is being offered at a regular base during the 3-day-festival. 

We managed to fill not less than 3 compilations on 3 labels and altogether more than 3 hours of what we consider a tasty pick of Psytrance, Twilight, Twisted, Psygressive and Forest, reaching out far into the more experimental sounds of PsyTechno, Glitch and Downbeats. Partially, the tracks are contributions from upcoming artists who have played at Gaggalacka or been part of the recent Gaggalacka Tour. So keep your eyes and ears open for Psychedelic Sound Engineers of the future.. In addition, in the tracklists of 3 compilations you can discover few well-know names of the PsyTrance scene.

Mutterkorn ist the DJ project of Christian Korn from Mannheim in South Germany. 
His variable sets have a range from deep and dark Techno over Dark Progressive to Nighttime Psychedelic and Forest Trance, perfect for different dancefloors at night. He made his first steps as a DJ at local partys in his hometown in 2008 and right now he plays at partys all over Germany and the closer European countries. 
Beside his DJ sets, he is the founder of the Wummerland party series, part of the Gaggalacka Festival and the Chaishop.com family.
