This week we're excited to welcome Chris Mitchell to the series. This Tampa-based DJ and producer has co-founded the Annunaki Cartel, sister label of Chicago-based Vanguard Sound, with releases by Joey Anderson, Jasss, and others. His own productions have found homes on labels such as Diffuse Reality, Clan Destine Records, Vakant, and many others. His most recent two EPs are on Squirrels on Film, which is run by C.L.A.W.S. and Solar, and his own recently launched label Feral Colony. He also hosts his Descendants radio show among Mutant Radio's great programming. Lock in for an hour of raw electronics finely selected by one of the best in his field.

We stay in the Netherlands this week as we welcome Julia Mira to the series. The Russian artist hailing from Estonia has been a regular in the local scene with performances on Dekmantel Selectors, Future Intel, Sameheads, PIP takeover on Radio Radio, and started off the year with the Traumgarten takeover on Echobox radio. She is a painter by discipline and combines this to bring to life musical journeys that create a sonic palette of textures and sounds that include everything from drum and bass, ghetto house, and rave. Her mix includes tracks by Simo Cell, Sepehr, Ryan James Ford, Sully, and others. Lock in for an hour of banging synaesthetic selections!

For the 19th installment of Signals we welcome Berlin based Electro head,  Lazercat.

Lazercat is a DJ, producer and crazy cat lady. Growing up in Western Canada, she made her own way towards electronic music production while training as a classical violinist. She then began DJing many years later, inspired to take to the turntables after countless hours spent on Berlins infamous dancefloors.

With a penchant for all things overlooked and under-the-radar, Lazercat's sound draws from a variety of sonic and emotional landscapes; from acidic, extraterrestrial electro to neon-drenched 80s synth-funk - and everything in between.  

Lazercat has also been actively co-running the Dreams of Neon party and livestream series in recent years, with regular DJ sets broadcast on the iconic Intergalactic FM.

This mix sees an all vinyl assault of Electro firepower. Heavy hitters throughout.

Amid all the turmoil around the world, we're happy to welcome towLie to the series. She is is a DJ, producer, and club promoter from Stockholm, Sweden. Running the käfTen label, she boasts releases by LVRIN, Egyptian Eyeliner, Klorex 55 as well as her own productions. She also releases music under the aliases Skitungen, Empfänger, sugaR and sees her work also on the Bron Free and CAF? labels. Our best description of her sound is a crunchy and bumping take on electro, techno. Don't take our word for it, check out her gritty, hour-long selection full of wonky twists and turns.
