The track, which is respectively sung in Lithuanian, is about bird language and how they flirt in it making all their various sounds, and a passionate ode to the most beloved bird of them all, how he is sweet as paukščių pienas.

TF #302: @reddeviilmusic [Detriti Records] - MX

It is the duo project of Guni Ca and Blak G, from Chiapas, Mexico. They define their sound as "raw & fat", influenced by EBM, Techno and Industrial music.

The work of the Mexicans producers have been released on labels such as Detriti Records, OSM Tapes, Haunted Space, N.I.M. Tapes, Soil, Pildoras Tapes, Miseria Records, Surface Reality, and upcoming music on Intervision Label, SHISHI and Body Musick.

They also own and founded Astro Bar Chill, a club based in Tuxtla Gutierrez, focused on underground electronic music.

This duo is one of the Mexican projects that are progressively positioning themselves in the music industry worldwide.

Ethan Fawkes is an oldschool rave techno and EBM DJ producer, based in Tilff, Belgium. He’s known for his charismatic presence and combat ready style on stage, comfortably playing anywhere from raves to clubs or shows and festival stages with his signature sound which is a masterclass in unmistakably powerful and personal tracks. We're incredibly pleased to welcome the Geneva-based duo Bound by Endogamy. They consist of Kleio Kleio Thomaïdes, who is a multidisciplinary artist and part of the lauded Savage Grounds band as the vocalist together with Florin Büchel and Lux Rec label head Daniel Cosmo. Shlomo Balexert comes from the Swiss punk and squat scene and his artistic work addresses social and environmental themes. The duo have been touring most of Europe and boasts releases on Lux Rec and their most recent EP on Dead Channel Records which blew us away when we first heard it. We can't wait to her their upcoming album on the French label CAF? in 2023. Their 80-minute long recording showcases their distinctive brand of raw post-punk, electro and post-industrial style. We're incredibly pleased to welcome Dissemblance to the GF series. She is a very talented and poetic artist that the entire GF team have been following for a while and had the pleasure of meeting in person at Intergalactic FM fest this year. You can check her lauded album “Centauresse” on the mighty L.I.E.S. records, following up her 2019 debut album "Over The Sand" for Mannequin Records. Her productions bring a variety of sounds and invite us to explore the full range of her musical dynamics, leading the listener into her universe where the border between dreams and reality blurs into one, with no tangible beginning or end. If you happen to be in Paris on Friday, December 8th, do not miss her Dissemblance Live at Petit Bain to enjoy the full experience. For the series, she has crafted a special session where she gives us a unique and magical mix out of her studio in Paris, incorporating exclusive vocals and Rhodes improvisations over 80 beautiful minutes of thoughtful and sensory music. She plays tracks from the 80s: Schleimer K, DZ Lectric & Anthon Shield, taking a funky turn with Girl Unit, to arrive to some dirty acid music by Beverly Hills 808303, ending with a solo rough Rhodes impro through the Moog Cluster Flux pedal. The series rages on this week with none other than Randstad! He is a producer and DJ alias of multidisciplinary artist Thomas van Linge. Aside from his many killer releases on the likes of Veyl, Pinkman Body Musick and many others, he is also the co-founder of well known labels such as BAKK, RUBBER, and the PLAFOND series. Although he is well known for his electro and EBM compositions, his talent and acumen know no bounds with more recent releases colouring outside of these lines. His vision was to create a vibe “where the subs are devastating and the beats are raw". He underpins his work with booming Miami bass and draws on his love for 80s hip-hop to conjure up his signature style. He's etched his mark on deeply loved and respected labels such as L.I.E.S., Creme Organization, Bordello A Parigi, Pinkman, Viewlexx, Murder Capital, his own RotterHague, and many others. Famously dexterous in the booth, DJ Overdose has well-honed skills that make him able to tear up a larger stage or connect with a more intimate crowd. The GF series is back this week with Ayshel. The young, Athens-based DJ is part of the Stegi Radio team and hosts her show CALL NOW for over four years. Her show features artists such as Pi Electronics resident Zorz, LVRIN, and others. When she's not playing Athens staples like Astron Bar, which sadly closed, she has been making the rounds at festivals like Healthy Summer Fest and others. Her selections are located somewhere between tribal beats, hypnotic melodies and industrial sounds. Her mix is no exception. Lock in for an hour from one of Athens' hottest up-and-coming DJs.

Last December @CCL-tuf and I were invited to play an all night back to back set at a party called High & Tight in Seattle. H&T is one of those parties that you dream of playing, where every detail from the sound to the setting is perfectly thought out and where the crowd stays with you for every twist and turn. We ended up playing for almost 9 hours (although actually I had to leave for the airport before the end.) This excerpt is the first 3 hours, slowly and carefully heating the soup before bringing things to a boil.

Bang Face Is For The Hardest People - Mix by Posthuman

Eris Drew is one of those artists who seemed to blow up over night, but who had actually been hard at work for decades. A long-time residency at Chicago's Smart Bar brought her to international attention, and her own Motherbeat parties at various places around Europe furthered that reputation. It is there that she manages to cook up pure, unadulterated dance floor love and euphoria with hi-energy selections and a unifying sense of oneness that is put together with her own so called “orchestration” mixing techniques. An inquisitive musician and innovative recording artist, she has also just put out her debut solo EP on Interdimensional Transmissions and runs T4T LUV NRG with partner Octo Octa. 

This week's mix is all of the above and more: a throbbing, impulsive and full bodied experience that serves up the most bumping house grooves but run through with the warm ambient glow of a post-rave comedown. The music feels at classic but also thoroughly contemporary: it will make you pump your fist in sheer joy, but also sends warm waves of euphoria through your body. This is the sound of the Motherbeat.

"In a recent interview for DJ Mag I talk about my connection to the song “Secrets of Mediation” by Dutch producers Alex Dijksterhuis (Jamez) & Gaston Steenkist (Dobre). At Chicago raves in 1994 and 1995, this track revealed to me that modern dance music contains archaic ritual elements such as trance-inducing resonances, penetrating sacred drums, and language transformed into glossolalia. My DJ mix for Dekmantel is inspired by my formative dance experiences and by the intense extended sets I play at psychedelic raves such as Motherbeat and No Way Back. The mix includes bass music, progressive, breaks, house, techno, and minimal, all of which I collage, drop and scratch to put us into a tunneling trance."

Hey guys thank you for the mix! Being predominantly a live act, does that reflect on how you put a mix like this together?

MS : I think we approached it in the same way, we try to build our live performances : with a narrative, story-telling and quality. It means different styles and moods, more introspective parts vs full-on sonic onslaughts etc. Also we don't fear to lower the intensity level for a while if it serves the story. Which would be riskier in a gig context...

>Is there a contrast in the sounds and atmosphere you aim to create when playing a club gig compared to the larger events like Soenda and Awakenings?

MS : Not really, i think our sound can work in both contexts. Of course we have tracks that have that big arena feel, but we learnt that even small basements can be turned into a rave cathedral with the right sound system, music and people... or maybe your own home during quarantine ?

>We are loving your recent Underground Activities EP, can you give us hint about any other forthcoming releases on your label and any other new minimum syndicat releases or remixes we should look out for? 

MS : Glad you like it ! Actually we were finishing our first full lenght album before this covid-19 shit hit Europe. Now we'll have to wait for better times to give it the proper release it deserves. We have also some remixes and tracks to come on different labels. Schedules are totally messed up now, so we'll see how it comes.
