My Flow Festival experience condensed into a 1,5h set at Ääniwalli. I had so much fun playing and big thanks to people who came together on the dancefloor. 

Big thanks to Flow Strike, all the contributing artists and Random Doctors  - who incorporated 🇵🇸 ”Free Palestine” 🇵🇸 in his visuals during my set - for keeping us on our toes about Flow’s ties to the genocide in Gaza. I sincerely hope that this festival that we hold so dear, returns next year in a form that we can all be proud of ❤️

Lovely friends asked me to play a prime time slot at Helsinki's legendary UG spot on a New Year's eve morning. The crowd really turned the party out and I had so much fun. What a way to start the year!

In April 2015 Fredrik and myself returned to Putte's cellar for an awesome steamy night full of partying people. Here's a sample of what we did.

The first Placed Outta Space at Siltanen went down extremely well with an energized crowd dancing until the last tune. I'll share the somewhat melancholic downtempo buildup with you since it makes for better listening. There's all kinds of new personal edits and obscure treats in there.

A recording of various organic jams, hitting the sweet 4:20 mark. I can't remember when I've last played with no promotion, without any mention of me playing in the space. Just super nice bar staff, pleasant patrons who seemed to enjoy themselves and absolutely no pressure to play anything else than what I did here. Just part of the scenery, living it.

Don Papa, the hip hop godfather of Moss, Norway, gives us this week's Trushmix. A very special blend of old school hip hop, dub, reggae and some obscure tracks by the Don himself. A mix made with love, passion and crazy mixing in the true spirit of Don Papa's eccentric self proclaimed hip hop style.

Don Papa has been a leading figure in the underground hip hop community of Moss for two decades, starting his career as a breakdancer and graffiti writer in the mid 80's, and soon moving into music production. 

Don Papa is constantly pushing the boundaries of hip hop – his approach to the genre is often experimental, his tracks not always hip hop in the traditional sense. One moment ambient soundscapes, the next deep house flavors, but to Don Papa, it's all hip hop. 

Don Papa has also moved into the world of dub and reggae, and has released several 7" together with the Moss based reggae dub group Kambo Super Sound.
