Beautifully evocative feel, reminds me of east European nightclubs in the mid 90s somehow and the vocal talent you found is dreamy like Nico from the Velvet Underground or the lady who sang "It's gonna be a fine day today, gonna be a fine day tomorrow" (her name escapes memory at this moment). :)
