The album from Nir Shoshani, aka Hujaboy.  Tip Records really are back in force now.  The Goa Classics series has been popular and the fresh material from our stable of artists we feel has been very strong.  Thsi album continues the roll.  Lucas´s album "Tales of Heads", Duotekk´s "Dunamis" and now Hujaboys "The Seed" all hitting the spot.  All have individual sounds but all equally relevant and serious stuff.  

Hujaboy is certainly off on his own.  He sounds unlike anything else. Tense, tight, solid grooves, great samples, direct...or see what Raja Ram made of this selection after first listen.  This is the email reply I got after sending him the album...hard to put it better:

Soul Samadhi is DigiCult's 4th full album to date and continues in the true spirit that defined their music so well, beautiful 'back to the roots' melodies fused together with ethereal female chants and ethnic instruments from the orient. The album stands for a 'coming together' of like-minded souls, on the global dancefloor but also through the forces working together to build this whole story. The match made in heaven that is DigiCult & U-Recken, but also Tropical Bleyage, Spirit Architect, Talamasca and Astral Projection have all been essential in bringing together this epic tale to be told. December 9th for cd the following week for digital and it doesn't disappoint.  Few can reach these heights.  A great way to end the year for Tip.  The bar was set early by Lucas and Duotekk and Hujaboy both delivered fantastic albums. 4 of the best artist albums all with their own distinct sounds.
