SFX is the fourth tune from my new EP titled "Full Tilt". I can remember scrolling through different radio stations a few years back and being inspired by the short sections of all the different tunes getting cut together. I was thinking that each time I changed channel I'm probably hearing a combination of tunes that will likely never be played together again in the same way. I tried recreating this effect with lots of different sounds and samples from my own tunes.

This is my first track on my new album titled "popcorn problems.".

Going back to my roots with this album by creating tracks that was just a reflection of whatever I was feeling at the time. Simple and free music. Just being myself and not worrying too much. Will be releasing the tracks on the album one by one on soundcloud. With the initial vision of the track forming just under a year ago, Finster has been allowing time to understand the essence of the track and navigate the emotions fueling it. He uses his own vocals to share his internal struggle between holding on to fears and releasing them in regards to a past relationship. While these vocals were frustrating at times for a musician who doesn’t often sing, they also became Finster’s favorite component of the track because of the melodies, harmonies, and personal message.
