I Have Prøblemas is an audio visual project spiritually guided by the cyber soul Nøva Quirøga, a New York/Uruguay girl who teamed up in 2015 with the Argentinian producer Julian Carrara (2.G.1.B) and the venezuelan guitarist Fernando Ochoa (Candeleros, Matatigre). They have inspired from immigrant stories that suffer between borders and cries in cyber cafés to develop INTERNET THEATER, a 5 track album that utilizes retro-futuristic vaporwave aesthetics approach to compliment the rhythmically rich Uruguayan percussive music known as candombe.

I Have Prøblemas es un proyecto audiovisual guiado espiritualmente por el alma cibernética Nøva Quirøga, una chica de Nueva York, de procedencia uruguaya. Que, en 2015 se asoció con el productor argentino Julian Carrara (2G1B) y el guitarrista venezolano Fernando Ochoa (Candeleros, Matatigre). Ellos se han inspirado en historias de migrantes que sufren entre fronteras y lloran en cibercafés para desarrollar INTERNET THEATER, álbum que cuenta con cinco canciones de enfoque vaporwave retro-futurista para complementarse y fusionarse con el candombe, género musical afro-uruguayo.

For his debut release on Galletas Calientes Records, Dj Farrapo teamed up with music researcher, flute and accordion player Carlo Maver, to bring you “El Cabrón & Papacito“, an EP everyone can feel connected to, merging Latin musical elements, Drum ‘N’ Bass and Broken Beat.
First single “El Cabrón“, released Sept. 24 2021, is a powerful, gentle and fierce Cumbia beat with uplifting Drum ‘N’ Bass breaks, produced and composed with outstanding flutist and bandoneon player Carlo Maver. Usually drawing inspiration from his travel experiences, Carlo plays the Gaita (a traditional Colombian flute) on El Cabrón.
In October 2021, a second single will follow, along with some remixes produced by Intiche, Morru, Caribombo and Dj Sonorus in November.
On September 29, Radio Gladys Palmera will premiere the outstanding 4K animated video of El Cabrón, created by Dj Farrapo himself.

Born from a virtual encounter in lockdown between two Parisian neighbors, the DJ/producer Prosper and saxophonist Le Marabout, “Le Moustache Conspiracy” is a playful and deeply joyous album, pulling freely from the Afro, Funk, Disco, Hip-Hop, Oriental and Electro influences of the two artists.

The iconoclastic DJ Romain “Prosper” Coolen, fervent purveyor of no holds barred euphoria on the dance floor, and the versatile saxophonist, composer and jack-of-all-trades Johann “Le Marabout” Guihard offer us a lavish, eclectic, uninhibited, coherent and furiously groovy album!

The featured artists in this sexy and spicy multicultural conspiracy include two luminaries of Senegalese Hip-Hop, Fou Malade and Niagass (on "C'est Vrai" and "Cool Na”), American rapper Awoke with "Back On The Cliffs", Ghanaian Zongo Abongo on the afro-funk track "Leaders of Tomorrow", New Zealand rapper Imagine This on the irresistible "Sexy Girl", and the Italians Jonie D and Edo U on the seductive Latin-zouk epic "Amore".

France also joins the fun as rapper Hippocampe Fou and soul man Ludwig Nestor go back and forth on "C'est Moi" (a tongue-in-cheek brag track hyping Prosper) and "Dance On Excess", which channels vintage purple Prince vibes. The album slinks out in style with the jazzy "Rainy Day”, haunted by the production touch of cratedigger Degiheugi.

Conceived as a modern tribute to Fela Kuti, Prince, De La Soul and Kool & The Gang, “Le Moustache Conspiracy” comes into its own as a solid original production, where club influences of the late 70s and early 80s fit perfectly into an unpretentious contemporary desire to dance without worrying about tomorrow.
 The only conspiracy you need to worry about is the Moustache Conspiracy!
