Hicky & Kalo - Equinox 2024

It’s been a few months since my 6AM set at Comfort Zone during our annual Techno Without Borders After Party, and the energy from that night is still resonating. The seamless transition from our sunset boat cruise to the underground atmosphere of Comfort Zone kept the vibes flowing perfectly—something truly special. After my good friend Saad Ayub set the tone, I dove into a raw, hypnotic groove and carried that energy deep into the morning. 

This set took me deeper than usual, exploring a driving, raw sound I don’t often get to play—and it felt unreal. From Sam Van Horne to 5AM Van Horne, this one hit differently.

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us and danced with me till the end. I’ve got more to share soon, stay tuned!

"The first (and probably only) recording of us playing together. After a delayed flight Shanti arrived 5 minutes before the start of the closing set for the Tweede Kamer on Saturday. It felt whirlwindy and the crowd didn't seem to want us to get too settled. The Beautiful Swimmers had already cued it up for a lively closing, and it all seemed to just fly into something special. Thanks to everyone involved, CS + SC."
