Exuviae is a musical prayer for transformation and change that weaves hypnotic tribal drumming with channeled "light language" vocals from Ix over deep, dynamic bass. A relaxed but danceable tempo lends itself to both dance-floors as well as meditative enviroments of inner transformation.

I had SO much fun DJing Boulder Ecstatic Dance last Sunday, I just had to bump this one to the top of my priority list of DJ sets to upload! 

It was WILD on the dancefloor, so I've titled this: GET WiLD! in BED. BED is our acronym for Boulder Ecstatic Dance which happens every Sunday night in Boulder, Colorado! The vibes there are so magical, you'll just have to come check it out sometime to experience it for yourself. 

This DJ set is a journey through genres, tempos, vibes and emotion. Listen to it whenever you want to re-awaken your wild heart!

Biography:
\Noe-et-tik\ Music producer, instrumentalist, composer, poet, turntablist, Hip Hop dancer, and performing artist. Noetik the Alchemist began djing in 2004, studying the art of turntablism and mixing. In 2008 Noetik began his studies of audio recording and music production. Noetik was quickly drawn to beat making for lyricists and underground events. While dedicating his life to Hip Hop culture Noetik became strongly influenced by breakbeat, world music and future bass. In the process of creating new genres of music, anchored by the back bone of Hip Hop, Noetik relocated to the California Bay Area in 2010. After being submerged into West Coast Bass Music, Noetik began making music to compliment his recordings of tablas, wood winds, berimbaus and various world instruments.

Creator of this primitive jungle venue, off-grid, using a generator and solar electricity. In a safe, alcohol-free setting. His intention is to raise the level of consciousness thru community building events which encourage participation, cooperation and involvement! By default the.gardener has had to dj, to fill in for flaked performers, and to spin for after-parties. the.gardener teethed on pioneer cdjs, schooled in classic, Big Island Ecstatic Dance under Max, E-lizabeth and the Puna dance community. Having opened for Random Rab, he is a dancer, a lover of new music and a DJ who, despite primitive skills continues to crush dance floors from Kalani to Amsterdam with a squishy, deep bass, yet psychedelic west coast crunk, glitch, trap auditory seduction. Beat matching and mashing wildly different genres into mixes that are infectiously danceable, his sets are powerful, enthusiastic demonstrations of his passion for music!!!
