For the label’s maiden voyage, Palms Trax teams up with South African vocalist Nonku Phiri for the soulful, Afropop-inspired disco groover ‘Petu’.

The hawk-eyed amongst you may recognise the dub version of ‘Petu’ from Palms Trax’s set at The Music Locker as part of Grand Theft Auto Online, but it’s the supercharged remix from Amsterdam-based producer Masalo that gets our pick for the premiere. Enjoy!

Amazing story about this banger, I dug it in my town, I listened to it and I thought that a version a little more mine would be nice. Then I sent it to Josh and few months later : Antal, Barbara Boeing, Dar Disku, Palms Trax, Hunee (special moment because I was secretly behind him), DiscoFrenchy, Josh FB, Fabzeu, and many others played this everywhere on this planet. 
Very special edit because it represents the fact that music unites and reunites people around the world

The project is not finished : we're working hard to license the track with Manix and to get it soon on Discothèque Tropicale.
