In response to the deafening cries of absolutely no one, Garrett has decided to give the people exactly what they have all been asking for: a double album. The sixth record from Garrett Benson, Some Have Gone and Some Remain is a double LP collecting 19 songs written over the course of Garrett's six years recording project. Songs about love (those of the unrequited, puppy, ill-fated, and enduring varieties), figuring out your goddamn place in this godforsaken world, bodies, self-driving cars, and spiders - the usual stuff. 19 songs colored by psychedelia, synthy jizzjazzing, country jaunts, pop of the bedroom sort (gag!), and oh yeah - some good old rock and roll. Hop in, kids.

All songs are written, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Garrett. All parts played/programmed by Garrett except for lead guitar contributions from Jack St. Peter on tracks 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, and 18, and backup vocals from Casey McKinney on tracks 9 and 16.
