Building upon the tradition of both historic labels, FANTASY (est. 1949) and VANGUARD RECORDS (est. 1947) now primarily encompass rock and alternative releases. The label's roster includes both established artists such as Tedeschi Trucks Band as well as promising young talent such as the dynamic The Marcus King Band.

Brothers Max and Sol Weiss started FANTASY from their plastic molding business in 1949, and the label was historically a multi-genre, eclectic home for a diverse roster of artists local to the San Francisco bay area, and music ranging from rock to funk to jazz to soundtracks. Fantasy began hitting platinum many times over with Creedence Clearwater Revival in the late 1960s and enjoyed tremendous success due to iconic albums from The Vince Guaraldi Trio (A Charlie Brown Christmas), Tony Bennett (The Tony Bennett/Bill Evans Album), and many others, as well as soundtracks from Academy Award-winning films One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Amadeus and The English Patient.

The Silver Arrow Collective is a super group consisting of three solo artists performing each other’s songs.
The group got together in November 2018 at Manchester's Pinhole Sounds studio to record Andy Barbour’s debut EP. Undeniable musical nirvana occurred and collective was set in stone.
Each member brings a different influence through their songs and together the six piece band produce an epic sound of psychedelic Americana. 

The Band:

Jon Mackenzie: Fellow ex-member of The Holy Ghosts, Jon has built a stellar live reputation throughout Scotland with his guitar wizardry and vocal prowess.

Davey Horne: Former member of The Ray Summers, Davey has been building a following with his solo material while also providing session duties for Grammy-nominated producer Jonathan Wilson (Father John Misty, Roger Waters) and American touring artist Nicole Atkins.

Andy Barbour: Former keys and harmonica player with award winners The Holy Ghosts. Andy has gone back to his roots by writing his material on guitar and showcasing his voice for the first time on record.

Owen Nicholson: Owen has played pedal steel with many Scottish artists including Dougie Maclean, The Wynntown Marshall’s and has recently reunited with The New Madrids to build on their huge reputation as a top live act.

Former The Holy Ghosts rhythm section Billy Kay and Angus Ross reunite once again to provide the rock solid backbone to proceedings.

Raunchy Blues, Murder Ballads, Alternate Jazz, Odd Folk, all played and written on the banjo. Frailing the days away and always encouraged by the music in her mind.
