Label boss Ramon Tapia returns to Say What? with Superstition, a 2-tracker that brings his signature rolling techno energy into sharper, more hypnotic focus. Drawing from years of experience as a DJ, producer, and sonic storyteller, this release blends percussive depth, melodic tension, and dancefloor functionality into a tight package designed to move both body and mind.

The title track is a dark, groovy roller with a subtle mystique. A looping, low-slung bassline forms the foundation, while dusty chord stabs, filtered textures, and echoing vocal snippets dance at the edges. The rhythm pushes forward like a spell in motion — minimal in structure, but rich in detail. As the track unfolds, elements evolve with surgical precision, creating the kind of hypnotic momentum that locks dancers in for the long haul.

On the flip side, Disco Dancer flips the energy with a playful yet driving groove. This isn’t disco in the traditional sense — instead, it’s a twisted take filtered through Tapia’s techno lens. Funky stabs, shuffled percussion, and a rolling, off-kilter rhythm create a sense of controlled chaos that feels both nostalgic and futuristic. The breakdown teases a euphoric lift, but instead of exploding, it tightens the screw — pulling dancers deeper into the groove. Equal parts fun and ferocity, “Disco Dancer” is built for peak-time moments when the energy needs a bold push without losing the groove.

TDDE (Third Dimension Dance Encounter) began when Pan-Pot accidentally spun a record backward at exactly 3:33 AM, tearing a rift through space-time and summoning a dancefloor from the fourth dimension. Out poured creatures made of soundwaves and strobe-light dust, who insisted on co-producing the track using zero-gravity turntables and vibes compressed into crystal form. Every drop in the song corresponded to a collapse in physical law-basslines folding gravity, hi-hats opening portals, synths bending causality into grooves. At the climax, time briefly reversed, and the studio became a sentient disco ball that whispered the final mix into their minds.
