You Got This: Getting Over the Yuck

Are you feeling caught in an unending cycle of judging yourself for how messed up you are, for what you did not or could not do or change in the past? What if you could break that cycle of obsessing and repeating the same thoughts, feelings, emotions and scenarios?
 
You can say this phrase to yourself out loud or silently in your head, it is called “The Crazy Phrase”

Keep repeating this until you get a sense of relaxation and ease.
It may take only seconds.
It may take minutes of repeating.
It may take hours.
 
I said this stuff was simple and yes, a little weird. If you actually try it, you are likely to find it works. The Crazy Phrase™ is one of my favorite tricks for creating a sense of ease and relaxation.
