I've been playing guitar for almost 30 years.   I started when a Youth Pastor offered me free lessons, and from there learned from practical experience and some music theory classes in college.
I've always been in the worship team of whatever church I'm attending, and have been in my current worship band for the last 5 years.  I've also played in several cover bands back in the 90s, and was a member of a Christian rock band that might have had a shot had we been located in a more populated area.

On the one hand, this is a platform to showcase what I do, but more importantly, it's a laboratory to see for myself what I can do. I've been kind of on a mission to try something completely different with each new tune.

I read someone's bio once and he said, "The best way to know me is through my music". He said I could use it and I do so only in the sense that I believe it's true of every musician (and artist for that matter).

I love the SoundCloud community. It's so awesome to hear music from folks all over the world and actually be able to have a dialogue with them about music. I've even had the chance to collaborate with other musicians from around the globe, something I'm always interested in. The support I receive on SoundCloud has been invaluable in boosting my confidence and has pushed me to do and try things I never would have considered before. My Musical tastes are very diverse, so this is very much like heaven to me.

It's a very exciting time to be involved in music!.
