Hey Gary - thanks for posting this. I'm sure all of us Beefheart fans love to hear anything from Don. Pure originality. What's the tapping? Is it disturbance on the original tape? Somehow it fits anyway - makes it sound even more of an archive piece. Into my personal favourites set (on The Inconsistent Jukebox page). You're in there too by the way.

What year did you record this, Gary? Wow - you must have a fantastic collection. It's very poignant to hear it now.
