This month we have the superb talents of Ryan Blackman for you, Influenced by early 90’s sounds  - FSOL, Aphex Twin and Autechre, along with a myriad other UK electronic music artists Ryan ventured into the Techno clubs of London, by the Mid 90’s experiencing Final Frontier(Club UK), Sabresonic, and most significant of all - LOST. He was exposed to luminaries such as Jeff Mills, Steve Bicknell, Claude Young, Jay Denham, Luke Slater, and many others. A connection with these artists that remains strong today.
Throughout the late 90’s to early 2000’s - he went on to play at, and promote, parties across Europe, with much respected DJ’s and Live Acts  such as Underground Resistance, DJ Rolando, Ben Sims, Stacey Pullen, 65D Mavericks and many others.

These days Ryan continues to collect and play electronic music, presenting a broad range of sounds from ambient to hardcore, and a recent highlight for him was closing the “Campfire Stories” podcast series for legendary Canadian label Silent Season. For Gated, Ryan has packed in an hour and a half of incredible dance music, and also mastered by Plant43! (Big shoutout to Emile)

Welcome back for a one-off special for 303 day for Gated and who better to provide it but Rebecca Goldberg https://313acidqueen.bandcamp.com

Rebecca (https://soundcloud.com/rebeccagoldberg) is a producer, DJ, live performer and designer from Detroit. Since her debut release, 313 Acid Queen, she's been affiliated with the multidisciplinary arts collective, @detroitunderground

Rebecca is a seasoned radio DJ having mixed for FM and internet-radio shows hosted across the globe. She hosts her monthly program “D-SCOVERY” on London’s Aaja Radio highlighting contemporary techno and house from Detroit. She tours internationally as a DJ and live performer and has been featured at notable events from Movement Electronic Music Festival to Tresor in Berlin.

Goldberg has released music and multimedia projects with output ranging from 4/4 Detroit techno to experimental/avant-garde electronic music. She has written original scores for classic films Le Voyage Dans La Lune and Gojira, including live performances at David Lynch’s members-only club, Silencio, in Paris and Armageddon Beachparty in Detroit, respectively.

For Gated and 303 day she's kindly put together a couple hours of acid tracks that she loves. Not necessarily the typical tracks, or the "classics", just all across the board 303 music!

Longhaul 007 - London Modular Alliance

The sun warmed her cheeks, the gentle breeze licking her face: she'd almost forgotten how to relax. In this paradise she hoped to shed the bad habits she'd adopted in the city and instead praise her body and her mind - she deserved it. And what better place to be than here, without any of the normal distractions, a place where she could focus on her breath and be in the present. It almost sounded like an impossible dream; too much of a far cry from her 'normal' existence. But if she learnt to let go, the rest would follow. 

For the 20th release of Minicromusic, label boss Michał Wolski joins forces with Tomasz Zając AKA Cafe de la Jungle under the guise of Moonlight Resort & Spa. Continuing the imprint's passion for experimental electronic sounds, which has previously explored the weird corners of ambient, dub techno and electronica, the pair's debut LP Aromatherapy is a collection of unfurling psychedelic rhythms. Based on a formula of shamanic rituals for the mind and the body, listeners are taken on a hypnotic ride over four tranquillising opuses built around spiritualistic drum patterns.

Nous'klaer Audio presents Mathilde Nobel's debut album May + Be. A collection of eight early recordings showcasing her talent for songwriting, producing and the capacity of her voice. Raw, emotion-fraught takes that strike as being sketches, making them all the more pure and powerful. An exercise in serenity and composure, while simultaneously revealing dark outskirts of her universe. Originally self-released by Mathilde in 2019, now in 2022 available on vinyl in a limited pressing of 100 copies.

The Truth Is Out There
There is a sound that doesn’t seek witnesses—it slices the fabric of space like a dark X-ray beam and drags buried fragments into the open. The Truth Is Out There is more than a techno release; it’s a field report from the subterranean labs of consciousness where N-Kode converts “truth” into vibration and doubt into resonant dust.

From the opening bar you’re greeted by a pulse—distilled, urban heart-beats after midnight. A cold, surgical kick clears a tunnel through which modulators surge: sometimes merging into a seamless drone, sometimes shattering into razor granules, as if someone smashes a mirror to pry the truth from its frame of lies. The bass line behaves like a gravitational anomaly—pulling you in, compressing you, then hurling an entire mini-cosmos of echoes outward: voice shards, machine ghosts, phantom chords rising through the seawater of reverb.

Yet N-Kode isn’t addressing your ears as much as your nervous system: “If the truth really is out there, will you step beyond the shadow of your own filters?” Each track is a stained-glass window cut from electric impulses; walk through and you land in a room of altered pressure where familiar meanings warp under overload. High frequencies drill the cortex while sub-bass quakes the ribcage, and you finally grasp: truth is not a candle, but a laser carving its own path.

The Truth Is Out There lands on Factura Records as an acoustic survival manual for the age of information fog. Play it loud, let the frequencies erode the outlines of everyday life, and feel a fresh sense of space crystallize—clear as air after a storm. If the truth truly hides somewhere beyond, its gates vibrate at the frequency chosen by N-Kode. All that’s left is to tune in and step through.
