SubDAO’s core services can be categorized into 4 sections: DAO Infrastructure, Electronic agreement signing service, Cross chain wallet, and Social networking. The four of these are known collectively as SubDAO Network. 

The network could assist DAO creators and participants in the governance of their organizations, to integrate DAO governance into every aspect of their digital life.

All $GOV token hodlers get to vote on governance and participate in staking.

In terms of token allocation, 30% will be retained for Polkadot Parachain Slot Auction (or PSA) contributors while the Team and Foundation of SubDAO will retain 25%.

27% of the allocation will also go to Governance mining, which is a series of activities a participant may choose to complete in order to earn additional token rewards.
